Introduction
The genus Daimio comprises of a single species tethys which is found in China, Korea and Japan.
Habitats
This species inhabits broad-leaved forest at elevations between about 0-1000m.
Lifecycle
The larval foodplants include Quercus mongolica and various Dioscorea species.
